Knee

Knee

Knee pain from patellar tendonitis, meniscus tears, or arthritis can halt your active lifestyle. We treat the knee joint and surrounding structures using PRT to release tension in the musculature, Shockwave Therapy to stimulate stem cell migration and accelerate tissue healing in the knee joint itself, and custom orthotics to ensure proper alignment and stress reduction on the knee during movement.

Lower Body

Lower Body

Lower body pain, including shin splints, Achilles tendonitis, compartment syndrome, and post-surgical recovery, requires a comprehensive approach to the entire kinetic chain. We treat these conditions and others in the kinetic chain using high speed 3D biomechanical camera analysis to identify compensations that can not be seen by the human eye. Biomechanical faults causing tissue overload, imbalance and tightness are often addressed with custom CAD orthotics. Resulting tissue tightness is also treated with PRT and Shockwave Therapy to stimulate stem cell migration to accelerate tissue healing.

Elbow

Elbow

Tennis elbow, golfer's elbow, and pronator teres syndrome are common overuse injuries that cause persistent pain and weakness at both the elbow and shoulder.. We treat these elbow conditions and others using PRT, Shockwave Therapy, Mulligan Mobilization, Muscle Activation and Instrumented Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) to restore blood flow, proper alignment of the collagen tissues and strength. During the evaluation process we will also determine if your condition is coming from your cervical spine or another neurological condition, which is often common with these elbow conditions.

Shoulder

Shoulder

From rotator cuff tendonitis to frozen shoulder and impingement syndrome, shoulder dysfunction requires precise intervention. We utilize PRT to release tension in the joint, followed by Muscle Activation techniques to excite the motor neurons and restore strength and stabilization to the shoulder complex. We typically see significant strength return within one to three treatments, helping you avoid surgery and regain full range of motion.

Head & Neck

Head and Neck

Headaches, migraines, whiplash, and TMJ dysfunction are frequently triggered by tension, malalignment, or nerve entrapment in the cervical spine and cranium. We utilize gentle cranial Positional Release Therapy (PRT) and Mulligan Mobilization to relieve pressure on the vagus nerve and surrounding tissues. This pain-free approach eliminates the restrictions that lead to chronic head and neck pain, and can also aid in recovery from concussions and thoracic outlet syndrome.
